Baker, Robert L. “Bob”-51, Johnstown, passed away July 15, 2020. Born December 15, 1968 to James H. and Frances D. (Paruch) Baker Sr. Preceded in death by his parents, his father-in-law, Daniel Cornman; and his brother-in law, Ron Hummel. Survived by his wife, Toni K. (Cornman); children, Nicole Stark (Rob), Amanda Johnson (Bill), Aaron Rhoads, Zachary Cornman (Carlie); grandchildren, Cali, Maddie, Wesley, Wade, Declan, and Daniel; siblings, Rose Hummel, Jake Waligora, James Baker (Dena), Gary Baker (Chic), Jeannie Heltzel (Roger); mother-in-law, Kathryn Cornman; brother-in law, Daniel Cornman; sister-in-law, Donna Pollagi (Mark); Melanie Dom (Mike); nephew, Chris Smrzlich; god daughter, Samantha Baker; as well as many other loved & cherished nieces and nephews. Robert was a Wirer Drawer/die reamer Johnstown Wire Technology. He was a member of the Eagles, Turners, and the American Legion, as well as the United Steelworker Local # 2635. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, hunting and fishing. Friends and family will be received Tuesday July, 21, 2020 from 3 PM to 7 PM at Hindman Funeral Home, 1521 Frankstown Road. A funeral service will be held at 7 PM on Tuesday immediately after the visitation. Pastor Russell Peruso, officiating. Due to current COVID restrictions, masks will be required for all services at the funeral home. |
