Remarks:   DILLON -- Pfc. Stephen A., Jr., 19, Hastings. Solemn requiem high mass will be celebrated Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, Hastings, by Rev. Father Adalbert Kalsch, OSB, for Pfc. Dillon, who lost his life while serving with the 232nd Infantry, Rainbow Division, in France, Mar. 15, 1945. Pfc. Dillon was inducted into service Dec. 29, 1943. Member of Holy Name Society at St. Bernard's Church. Born in Hastings, July 18, 1925, son of Stephen and Julia (Rieger) Dillon. Survived by parents and following brothers and sisters; Mrs. Agnes McDonald, Baltimore, Md.; Louis, Nicktown; Mrs. Gertrude Shuma, Barnesboro; Walter, Mrs. Alma King, Mrs. Imelda Weakland and Mrs. Julia Kline, Hastings; Mrs. Louis Barnes, Bakerton; Mrs. Delrose Miller, St. Benedict; Mrs. Rita Thompson, Ankara, Turkey; John, Patterson, N. J., and Regis and Mary Theresa, at home. Friends will be received at the parental home. Burial in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Hastings. Easly Funeral Home, Hastings.
