FUNERAL OF JACOB STINEMAN
Well-Known Resident of Conemaugh to Be Buried from U. E. Church.
The funeral of Jacob C. Stineman, the Conemaugh man whose death at 4:10 o'clock yesterday afternoon was noted in The Tribune last evening, will be held to-morrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, with services in the Conemaugh United Evangelical Church in charge of the pastor, the Rev. D. L. Yoder. Interment will follow in Headrick's Cemetery. Mr. Stineman is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rebecca Wendall Stineman, and the following children: John Stineman, of Moxham; Mrs. Charles Glenn, of Arbutus Park; Mrs. A. P. Shoemaker and Mrs. Charles Murphy, of Conemaugh, and Frieda Stineman, at home. Two sisters and a brother also survive -- Mrs. Joseph Goughnour and Miss Amanda Stineman, of Pittsburg and Samuel Stineman, in the West. The deceased was born in Conemaugh Township on March 6, 1851. He spent the greater part of his life in Conemaugh, being employed by the P. R. R. as an inspector. He was forced to give up his work almost a year ago on account of illness, and had been in a serious condition from Bright's disease for several months. |
