WEAKLAND--Lt. James W., 48, Woodbridge, Va., formerly of Carrolltown, died July 11, 1992, at Conemaugh hospital. Born Jan. 10, 1944, in Carrolltown, son of Lambert E. and Ruth Weakland. Preceded in death by father. Survived by mother, Carrolltown; wife, Joan M.; sons, Jimmy, Spotsvylvania; John, Dale City; and Joseph, Woodbridge; daughter, Jackie, Woodbridge; and two grandchildren. Brother of Paula Evangelist, Charlotte, N.C.; Mona Thomas, Carrolltown; Patrick, Dumfries; and Joseph, Gettysburg. Member of our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, Prince William County, Va. Police Association, and Fraternal Order of Police. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Mountcastle Funeral Home, Dale City, Va., where Rosary will be recited at 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Angels Church, Fr.
