Mrs. Philomena Miller.
CARROLLTOWN, Sept. 8. - Mrs. Philomena (Bender) Miller, aged 69 years, widow of John T. Miller, died at her home here yesterday, death being due to a complication of diseases. She had been in poor health for some time.
The deceased was born in Carroll Township on December 22, 1852, and was a daughter of the late Joseph and Helena Bender, natives of Germany. Her husband died several years ago. Mrs. Miller is survived by the following children: Mrs. William Miller, Mrs. Harry Dishart, Mrs. Benjamin Yeckley, Mrs. John Weymer and Serenus I. Miller, all of Carroll Township; Mrs. August Miller, of Nicktown; Raymond Miller, Fort Wayne, Ind.; Columbia and Nora Miller, both at home. She also [end of photocopy] |
