WILLIAM HILL.
A stroke of paralysis last Thursday caused the death at about 7:20 o'clock last evening of William Hill, a well-known resident of Dunlo. The deceased was about fifty-nine years of age and was a Civil War veteran having fought in the Thirteenth Regiment, Pennsylvania Cavalry. Besides his wife, he is survived by the following children: Anna, wife of William McPherson, of Punxsutawney; Mary, wife of David Howells, of Dunlo, Sallie, wife of Thomas Reese of Humbert; Thomas Hill, of Lindsey, Jefferson County, and Margaret, Effie, William, Sheridan, and Albert, all at home.
Undertaker J. W. Fouch, of Salix, prepared the body for burial and on Thursday morning will have it shipped to this city. Interment to be made in Grand-View Cemetery. |
