| EVANS, Esther, wife of John J, died Sunday evening last, near Beula, in her 66th year. She was one of the first settlers in this part of Cambria County. She and her husband had resided many years in Beula, now an abandoned town. She had been living on a farm in the neighborhood of her former residence. Buried in Beula Graveyard on Tuesday, 20 Aug, attended by a very large number of friends and neighbors. |
