| “Dick” Foster Dead Select Councilman Richard Foster of Johnstown, who had been ill for some time, died several days ago at the Memorial Hospital. “Dick” Foster, as he was familiarly known, was a son of the late Andrew Foster, one of Johnstown’s pioneer merchants. |
