| WEBSTER, John, of Somerset, died Wednesday evening, 19th inst., in his 82nd year, after an illness of almost 2 months. He was postmaster since 1820, and was a captain in the artillery in the Pennsylvania Line during the Revolution, serving in battles of Germantown, Trenton, Brandywine, etc. |
