YODER, Joseph J.
The death of Joseph J. Yoder occurred at his home here at 5 o'clock yesterday morning. Mr. Yoder was fifty-three years of age. He had undergone an operation last Oct. at the Memorial Hospital at Johnstown. Stomach trouble caused his death. Joseph J. Yoder was born in Scalp Level but came to South Fork when a mere child. He had lived here ever since. His wife and four children -- Lemon, Ollie, Ida and Minnie -- survive, as does one brother Hiram Yoder who makes his home in this town. At 2 o'clock tomorrow the Rev. J. W. Domer will preach the funeral sermon in the United Evangelical church, after which the burial will be made in the South Fork Cemetery. |
