Mrs. Catharine Ann Brown
Died in Washington township on Thursday April 20 1876, Mrs. Catharine Ann Brown, wife of Mr. Wm. Brown, aged 45 years, 4 months and 14 days.
The deceased was the mother of a large and respected family and her life was devoted to the performance of good works, among which may be mentioned the bringing up of her children in the strict observance of those duties which they owe to both God and man. Her death is mourned by a large circle of relatives and friends, all of whom esteemed her very highly. Having died as she lived, a firm believer in the Catholic faith her remains were interred in the cemetery at Summitville. May she rest in peace. |
